“I welcome you to my practice and want you to know that over many years, I have worked with clients who have suffered from a great variety of issues and who have recovered hope and been able to successfully ‘reset’ their lives. My clients often feel stuck initially due to possible depression, trauma, anxiety, relationship problems, eating disorders, or other addictions, or some combination of these. Through our therapeutic relationship, life skills through DBT work, and new perspectives through CBT work, you will be empowered to create a life worth living.”
